Ali brings a wealth of experience from a family business background encompassing distribution, manufacturing, and aquaculture. He has navigated the challenges and triumphs that accompany small business management, all while holding steadfast to two fundamental principles. Firstly, he firmly believes that people are the cornerstone of any small business. Secondly, he recognizes that a business is an integral chapter in the owner's life story - a vital part of their legacy.

In addition to his family business background, Ali has launched two businesses of his own: one specializing in payment solutions for the hospitality industry and another as a direct-to-consumer ice cream brand. Alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors, he has taken charge of business units within notable organizations, including Unilever and Expedia.

In his personal life, Ali shares a life with his soulmate and their four-legged friend. He's an enthusiastic and competitive squash player, and is training for long-distance running challenges. Additionally, Ali's passion for travel seamlessly combines adventure with a profound appreciation for diverse cultures, often expressed through his exploration of their culinary delights.
